Production: Building the final collection overview and portfolio

Moving on to creating the collection overview, I first trace the sketch I made on paper into procreate with black outline. This will make it easier for me to colour the design with colour drop, and as an outline for the finished design later.

Then I colour each design separately with the initial sketch as my reference. To use the pattern fabric on my digital design, I use the clipping mask technique on procreate.

Once I finished the collection overview, moving on to creating the portfolio cover and other pages such as customer profile, concept design, mind map, trend and research board (colour, pattern, fabric & accessories) and design development of every piece. To create my portfolio pages I mainly use procreate to make picture collage and other decorative elements, and because I still haven't got access to photoshop, I add the text on procreate. However I'm still on progress of getting photoshop, so once I could use the software I will be using photoshop to finalize the pages.

I have tried several Flipbook maker software such as flip snack, visual paradigm and Heyzine. I found out that flip snack has better visual presentation on my website because of the simple design and small watermark however it doesn't allow me to upload more than 4 pages, so I tried Heyzine and it work well apart from the error I experience when pressing the fullscreen button and the huge watermark it shows on the screen. There's still time for me to experiment other flipbook maker to show my work at its best.
